Waiver and Release of Liability by registering for this camp, I acknowledge and agree that participation in the football camp involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I, as the parent or legal guardian of the participant, voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I release and hold harmless Cape May Football Youth Camp, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of any injury, illness, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in the camp. Registration constitutes acceptance of this waiver and release.
